Can I visit you guys or meet your puppies?

We strive to provide the very best care for all our puppies! To help minimize the risk of introducing any illnesses, we kindly limit outside traffic to our home and breeding area. We welcome only those visitors who are seriously interested in adopting a puppy or those who have already placed a deposit and wish to meet the parents of their future furry companion. Do you ship your puppies?

Our delivery services prioritize reliability and ensure a stress-free experience for your puppy. Our team is experienced in understanding and meeting the specific needs of young puppies, carefully accompanying them throughout the journey and right up to the handoff point.

What does my puppy come with?

They come with all their necessary documents and essentials:

  • 1-year Health Guarantee

  • Rabies waiver (if age-appropriate)

  • All veterinary records, vaccinations, and health checks

  • Sales contract

Refund Policy

In the event of unforeseen circumstances affecting a reserved puppy—after a deposit has been placed—we offer the flexibility to select another available puppy or apply the deposit toward reserving a future puppy from an upcoming litter. Alternatively, a refund of the deposit may be requested. If a cancellation or default occurs without adopting the puppy, the deposit will be used toward efforts to find the puppy a new home.

We maintain open and consistent communication, making multiple attempts to reach you. A two-week grace period is provided before a puppy is considered abandoned. If no response is received within that timeframe, the puppy will be made available again for reservation so that we may place them in a loving home.

We are committed to fairness, understanding, and flexibility, and we always take into consideration circumstances that may be beyond your control.

Health Guarantee

All our puppies come with a 1-year health guarantee. If, within 72 hours of bringing your puppy home, you find yourself dissatisfied, we offer a money-back guarantee, provided the puppy is returned to our premises at the buyer’s expense. Our commitment to raising healthy puppies is further demonstrated by our assurance that, in the unfortunate event a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a major genetic health issue within one year of purchase, we will facilitate an exchange for a puppy of equal value.

Please note that our guarantee does not cover common illnesses, minor conditions, or accidents, and any veterinary expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We strongly encourage regular veterinary check-ups and proper ongoing care to ensure your puppy’s continued health and well-being.
